…the happy relief that I feel at the fact that I’m kicking ass & taking names at training here at my new job. I perform well with groups, with individuals, the user training, and now even the admin training. I’ve just been doing very well. There’s still stuff I don’t know, but that’s okay.
It’s all just so much more relaxed than it was at GS. After a year of GS I was severely doubting my own capabilities… but here it seems I can thrive after all. So it wasn’t just me. I *am* able to do this. It’s such a relief
