I think we’re going to have a new family member at the end of February. We reserved our puppy!
Thought long and hard about it (and was already thinking long and hard about it even before I blogged about it, don’t worry it’s not THAT impulsive) and realized that I have been focusing on the downsides of it (responsibility, change in life, etc) and not on the fact that you’ll have an extra bundle of love in the house. Something made clear by the comments in the post below by you guys.
It wasn’t until then that I decided screw it; it’s a bundle of love, it makes Olli happy, and I’m sure that next year I can’t imagine ever having gone without the puppy. So yeah! We’re going for it

That is going to be one big dog when he’s grown. Just look at those paws.
