Looks like I’ll be starting my bass guitar lessons at the end of the summer. Awesome! Nice to hang a date onto it… and to have something to look forward to. I hope I’ll like it

The tattoo in my previous post has a very large chance to end up on my back at some point. I’ve already been pointed to this really great tattoo shop in the Hague

@ Lannie: considering the bass: it all depends on your taste in shapes and sounds, the size of your arms and (most importantly!) hands, and of course your budget. My advice would be to check out people whose bassplaying you like and see what they’re playing, so you get an idea of what appeals to you. I don’t know if you have a friend who plays bass, but if you do, I’d definitely would ask him/her to come and check out basses with you.
Considering the tattoo: that tattoo is pretty awesome! Are you going to keep it exactly like this, or have it reworked in one way or another?
