The sweet feeling of accomplishment:
- Our livingroom, after we cleared out the boxes and set up our new bookclosets, in matching colours to the rest of our interior. Suddenly our livingroom is starting to look like a real livingroom. We went from 50% to 85% homey-ness in one evening (still need to clear out the junk & actually put books in the book cupboard) of hard work, and I’m so pleased with it I could explode.
- Aching muscles in my shoulders after my workout yesterday. I pulled, lifted, pushed and whatevered 10,000 kilograms yesterday. How awesome is that? It seems much more than it really was btw, I just did my round three times, some exercises even four times. But still, it’s accomplishment. And it makes me happy
I am so proud of you!
And it sounds like you’re enjoying the exercise, which is the easiest way to keep doing it.
