Not much to report. I could bitch about the fact that my extra-early appointment today didn’t bother to cancel when she didn’t show up this morning, so I got up at 6.30 am for naught…. but I won’t. I’m not in a bitchy mood 
I’m going to fitness tonight. Despite the fact that last week I got my heartrate UNDER 150 completely – I also found to my delight that they have a free-to-use-for-members tanning bed, so last Friday I had a dose of UV that was oh so badly needed. I look like a frigging ghost!
It’s also way the hell past time that I dye my hair btw, but I can’t find cool hairdye anywhere. The colour I used last Christmas is too orange for my taste and bleaches out to copper-brown too quickly. I want dark red again!
