busy busy busy :)

I got a few minutes to myself before everyone comes in here. New job is fine, everyone’s nice and I got this huge stack of documentation to work through. Nice details about the place: they have a radio, and they lunch with everyone together. There’s a supermarket closeby, so everyone just gets sandwiches and we all sit down together. I could learn to love working in a small company again :)

I went to bed exhaustedly at 11pm last night, only to wake up in cold sweat half an hour later because I dreamt that the apartmentbuilding we were in (having a party, boozing it up & watching Fight Club) was on fire and there was no way out and we couldn’t find my cellphone to call the alarm number. Fun times :?

(Question though, for you people… do you have recurring fictional places in your dreams? This apartment building always comes back, as well as a certain warehouse in various forms – I could sketch out the whole floorplan of the place. And it returns pretty much as a setting every few months. You guys got that too or is my brain just lazy thinking up location settings?)

Work’s good, but my head’s definitely busy. Too many impressions! :D I’ll type out my Lowlands report really soon though, don’t want to forget. There’s already pics up if you’re interested at my and Olli’s picasa :)

  • I have a office building that keeps appearing as well. As well as our cottage, but that one is understandable. The office is not one that I’ve been to. I never really thought about it, but it is weird that it should keep reappearing in different dreams… I also have an island that plays a part in many dreams. But I think I’ve seen that specific island somewhere before.

And good to hear you are liking your new job! =)
