…I think we can safely assume we’re in trouble. 
Not only is the house a mess (grease and stains galore, and OMG were these people drillmaniacs or what, there’s holes in the walls everywhere!) but every single wall needs to be painted. I have no idea how we can manage this in one month… seriously.
I’m pretty much daunted. Let the stress commence! 
Get the biggest paint rollers and brushes you can find! Is there any way you could hire a painter to do some of the work for you? Good luck!
Oh and Wibra’s Dasty is great to clean up grease and it’s very cheap too.
