So, on the search for a nice new theme here at Lannie.net, Olli stumbled over a pretty cute one. So he uploaded it, and then we noticed that half of the commands and stuff in the theme is German. *laughs* So instead of submitting a comment, you can now ‘abschick’ your comment. Isn’t that really funny? …Probably not, but hey you know me, I’m easily amused.
The past two days have been laden with sunlight and company, and I think that with this weekend we can safely say that the kickoff for the summer has commenced. Poor Olli had to spend most of it working – I’ll be really, really glad once that being on call shit is over in his new job. Then he’ll be truly a 9-to-5′er, and won’t that be a sight to see. *smiles*
And me… I have stuff to do, places to be, talks to have and presentations to give… and it just doesn’t interest me in the slightest bit. I float through it all with an amused smile and a nod, and it’s all going to happen and it doesn’t touch me. It’s a weird sensation, not quite unpleasant. It’s all good to me, it’s all going okay. Am I on a permanent high these days? Am I just trusting too much on the fact that everything so far is turning out alright? Good questions, but I couldn’t answer them for you. I can’t even answer them for myself. I’ll just keep floating here and do what I need to do. And I won’t think about tomorrow and the moment that I’m inevitably going to run into a wall. Because that will happen at some point. Highs and lows. It is, after all, all about balance. *grins*
