For the second time in three years, we were setting up the christmas tree only to find that our string of lights had died on us. *sighs* Is this becoming a tradition or something? Hopefully we can get some new lights soon, so we can properly decorate our tree.
On a different note, I had a lovely day and I feel a bit more like myself again. Up early, surfing the net, writing some Accidents Happen retrospect entries in my Lanniewrites LJ, surfing some more, reading stuff… and then a lazy afternoon watching the rest of Firefly, some cuddling, and some housecleaning. A wonderful lazy day, and I did some quiet reflection on the year. It’s that time of the year again that I’m pulling the brakes and gearing up for the new one. Expect an End of Year Reflection coming up soonish!
Also, I’m *so* happy that I have my computer back. I did not realize that I missed her so.
