OK, this is quite a bit of text. I wrote this weekend to 15.6K, and today I wrote the rest. My target was 20K for today, so I’m pleased.
Of course when I wrote this story the first time I had already written up to 40K on day 9, but that’s OK. I had a lot of other stuff on my mind now. And once I do get cracking, I write a shitload.

Please do not mind the shoddy grammar. It’ll get better on the rewrite.

(12.30pm) OK, that’s chapter two. Maybe I’ll add a little more to this one later, but for now it’s time to run some errands. 3K makes me happy though. :)

(4pm) 10K. I want to write more, but I need to get groceries as well.And I promised myself 10K today. If I happen to write anything else, that’s just bonus. Target for today is reached :)

(5pm) Wrote an additional 800 words, but they’ll be included with the next update.

(3pm) The day is only halfway done. I’m quietly finding some time at work to sneak in a little additional wordcount. Most of it was done last night at midnight though. I wrote 2K in the hour after midnight, and that was awesome. It is beautiful to be back with my girls again. A little bit of Sirka, a lot of Joy. And their voices are wonderful and familiar.
It’s like catching up with friends that emigrated a couple of years ago. The way they talk and see the world, the way they banter… it’s all so belovedly familiar. I’ve missed them. :)

(10.30pm) Okay, I think that’s enough for today. I finished the first chapter effortlessly. I added some stuff, I omitted some other stuff. The girls are still beautiful and chatty, and they just arrived in Zyx. 5517 words on the first day… I’ve definitely done worse in the past!
